Hi. When I print support interface using Bambu’s Support for PLA filament, after it is done printing the edges with it, whenever the nozzle comes close to these edge areas it usually lifts the support filament. I never have this issue when in middle sections, they stay perfectly fine.
Try changing your ‘Bottom Z Distance’ to zero ‘0’. Support material is designed to be less ‘sticky’ with the primary material so that you can remove it.
I had a similar issue. I got it working pretty well by increasing the temperature of the support material, increasing the fam speed, as well as slowing down the print speed for the support layers. Maybe all three parts weren’t needed, but I was able to get it working pretty well with that strategy. I also played with increasing the flow ratio, but then reset that part to try to get better surface finish.
I’m using the Support for PLA (not for PLA/PETG) so my settings are probably a little different. But the stock nozzle temp was 220 (max recommended 240) and I turned it up to 235. Fan in was 20% and I increased to 35%, fan max was 30% and I increased it to 35%.
