Since March 2023, I have been having issues with my Bambu Lab P1P P1S AMS. It is unlikely that I will receive any further support from Bambu Lab. In my upcoming videos, I plan to document my communication with Bambu Lab support and provide my comments on each clip. I still own the printer and still want to repair it. I have already invested about 40 working hours, so I don’t want to invest any more. And support has now classified my issue as resolved. Impudence!! Therefore, I am asking for help from the viewers. Thank you in advance. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GE7xAHu-RG4

This topic should be pinned off. It may help to write to the well-known influencers such as CNC Kitchen and draw attention to the support problem. People like CNC Kitchen have a better connection to people within the company Bambu Lab.
I have already mentioned it elsewhere, if Bambu Lab does not get the support under control, they disappear from the European market relatively quickly. You like to compare the company with DJI, but there the support was relatively good from the beginning and excellent today.
Word of advice. If you think a YouTube video without a narrative and forcing a viewer to listen to your favorite tune while at the same time thinking they will understand the point you are trying to make flashing emails on a screen will work? Think a again.
You’re video has to have a specific voiced narrative to explain to the viewer what your experience was. As was mentioned above, look at Stefan at CNC Kitchen for great examples. You can also look at Thomas Sanlader too. If you aren’t familiar with them, they are your fellow German countrymen with a big following.
But I wouldn’t count on either of them stepping up to help you. The last thing they want to do is anger potential OEM supporter and/or enable a potential YouTuber competitor. In the case of Stefan, there is ample evidence of conflict of interest between his sponsorships and his videos.
Another thing you may want to give thought to, is that most tech people who would be sympathetic to your cause, we filter out language we don’t understand. So if you do a narrative in English, odds are, your video will gain a greater audience than just no-voice and text in German.
