Support is terrible!

The first reply contained an attachment with a video that showed the procedure. Could you please let me know if you have received it on your side, or not?

That way, we can look into this problem and solve it for future interactions.

Exact same issue here. I built a small print farm (about 15 printers) all Bambu Labs and I have to say the terrible support is the #1 reason to regret the choice.
I would gladly pay fur support rather than have my printers go down for extended periods.

They ask for information already provided. The only explanation I can think of for this is that it’s an excuse for delaying support.
