Support layer or other layers. Cause outside lines show edges lines

When printing some of my parts, I’m noticing the outside walls are being affected by any internal sub level with support, see photo for reference.
Are there any particular settings to mitigate this?

White filament will show inner support if the wall thickness is thin. Adding additional wall loops will help.
