I have the same issue with ABS.
But I don’t understand why your print need a support.
Have you resolved this? My printer just started doing the same thing suddenly. First layer after support is not smooth like an outer layer should be. It seems to be the same as the infill.
It literally started between one print and the next. I am playing with settings but so far cannot resolve this.

Same. Ugly underneath supports, doesn’t seem to melt into the rest of the print, seems to delam…etc.
