Hi all,
I received my New Bambulab X1C last tuesday.
I try to turn it on but immediately the message hotbed probably in open circuit appeared.
I made a ticket to the support and try the solution on the wiki but everything seems fine…
After 6 I still didn’t have an answer in the opened ticket and that’s starting to Making me anxious.
I just want to have a replacement of My defective unit for a working one …
Does anyone waited this long ?
That’s normal. On my ticket, they responded after 4 days for the first time.
Anyway, you have two options. If you are total noob as far as troubleshooting electrical and mechanical devices, then you are out of luck, buddy. You will have to wait for support to respond, then ship the printer back and then wait for them to repair it and send it back to you, which could take a few months or more.
If you are not total noob, then go get yourself a multimeter and follow guide on Bambulab Wiki, how to troubleshoot heatbed issues. Most likely it’s something silly, like heatbed connector not pushed in fully.
Hello,
We will be replying to your ticket ASAP.
Please excuse the delay. We usually get back to you in about 3 days, depending on the workload.
The reply shared by @bambulax1 is good and we recommend checking the heatbed connector as it might be disconnected during shipping.
Please note that we are also working on speeding up the support resolution time so the delays are minimal. But it takes a bit of time until we reach that.
Thanks for your understanding
