I’m puttering around with some basic prints and decided to try slim tree supports. Everything is fantastic and I’m wondering if there are any downsides. Thoughts?
The only downside I personally know of is that it’s easier for a “trunk” to fail/break loose compared to traditional support.

Thanks. I’m assuming the longer the branch, the less support.
Since it was included in Studio, I’m using mostly the slim tree support, and except for 2 more complex models, for which I went for regular support (thus more post-processing involved), I cannot complain of the end results. Haven’t found (or haven’t been confronted ) yet, with any downsides when using it.
