I ordered the Lab X1-Carbon Combo 3d on 2023-02-26 and it was sent to me on 2023-03-09. However i made a mistake with my adress, so the printer was sent back. I realized my mistake and sent an answer to correct it. I also opened a supporticket which was closed on 2023-03-20 as a duplicate, with the notation that I shouldn’t worry and wait till they find a solution.
Well, it is some time since the answer and I start to worry nonetheless. There are no answers and no reactions, all they need to do is sending the printer ageain. Do you know what to do?
That’s is unfortunate to hear. I wonder if requests for refunds go unanswered as well. …just saying
