I’ve been trying to submit a support ticket for the past 2 days, but when I click on submit nothing happens and my ticket doesn’t get generated… I tried both Chrome and Firefox thinking maybe it was a cache thing but it’s not.
Anyone else?
I’ve haven’t submitted any support tickets, but one suggestion is to try it in a “private” browser session. I’ve had a few weird things with extensions or other things that worked for other sites when I did it in a private session.
