I have an issue with some filament clogging the extruder.
I have tried to put in a support ticket but the system wont let me. It just keeps telling me I need to upload log file.
I have tried uploading these and I get the same error.
I tried both files individually as well as in a zip archive and I get the same error each time.
“Please upload the printer log files”
I have followed that and it doesn’t help.
It’s only the dual coloured silk pla that’s causing this and it seems I’m not the only one.
However to progress this I need to raise a ticket, which I can’t because it refuses to accept I’ve uploaded a log.
