How does one submit a support ticket when a printer log file is required? I can’t access my printer log files as my X1C does not power up.
Verify the outlet that you are plugging into works, verify the plug is frimly set into the printer.
I am not being an arse, you are turning on the switch on the back of the machine, not the top button on the front?
Yes to all those, checked fuse all good, switch lights red when turned on. Still doesnt help that i cant submit a ticket cause I need access to the machine when its on, its totally dead.
You can remove the rear back panel and see if any power supply wire came off or loose connection.
If you have a dvm you can do some voltage pin testing.
Power supply is getting power and is sending power to the main board, so looks like main board issue.
Choose “other” as issue type and then log file is not required.
Tried other as option and printer log file is required.
You selected some type of issue and then “others” as subcatecory. You should select others right away.
I just checked, and more correct way would be selecting “Noise/smell/Electricity” And “Printer power on fail” Which does not ask for log file too.
