Supports Extremely Hard To Remove After Update

I print and sell D&D miniatures on Etsy. My sister, who also runs an Etsy shop printing D&D miniatures with resin, says I’ve been printing near resin quality prints. After the 1.9.7.52 update, supports became very bonded to the print and hard to remove. No matter what settings I tried to change, I could not get it back to what it was before the update. I’m still rather new to 3D printing so it’s likely I could be missing something. But I was very fed up that a single update would drastically change the quality of my prints.

So, reading several forums, some suggested to use Orca. Absolutely no regrets switching to Orca! It functions exactly like Bambu Studio. It imported my user settings and presets. My prints are so much better than using Bambu Studio and I didn’t even have to change a thing in my settings. I’ve always struggled with slender, downward angled parts. Not anymore with Orca. Very few imperfections in my prints.

Bumping this old thread - this is happening to me after the latest update. I’m not sure where to begin to troubleshoot, I’ve only had the printer a few weeks.

Same here, after the latest update all my parts support settings have been reset! This is extremely frustrating, I have to go back and adjust again through trial and error. I thought the support settings saved with the 3mf when you saved within the project? Why would they all reset back to default??
