Again same results, this time with single color, infact I DONT use dedicated support material, only SAME material as the part, but this time its all black, no mixxing of white , to test if ill get the same issue. And lo and behold, all the overhanding bridges that are supposed to be supported just warp upwards.
ITS NOT flow issue, same happens with underextrusion, same with over extrusion
Tried bumping up the temperature from 90 to 105 (its ABS) , nothing changed.
Again AI did NOT pickup even a warning, just printed in air like nothing happens
Remeber these are models I am printing and have printed everyday for the past 2 years at LEAST , 100s of times everymonth. Neptunes3+4 , P1P, Voron Trident have literally 0 problems with this.
Support settings in this attempt : 0.16layer/012 topz, 0.1 interface spacing, 3 interface layers, independent support height turned ON (will check with off, but it shouldnt make a difference, in 2 colors with prime tower its off automatically so…
Im really buffled here…Adhession is not an issue, its perfect to maybe little bit too much, but more than enough to keep it snugg on the plate even with brim off, but i added some to check if anything changes
More over the lift that occurs ruins also the ironing too.
