Supports Issue on First Layer

In this file, I have issues with the supports not printing on the first layer for some reason. They print later on…

Note: the model is not the one I am printing but instead a mockup of the model I am actually trying to print, so there is a difference between this file and the model. The file is confidential.

On to what I’ve tried:
Reset initial layer height from 0.2 to 0.1
Bottom interface layers
Bottom Z distance

Thanks and just ask if I need to explain anything else.

You’ve changed “Support/object first layer gap” from the default 0.2 mm to 10 mm. There is not enough room in those spaces to honor the 10mm setting.

Please delete that .3mf file. After checking, I still have no idea how my actual file was still loaded onto the buildplate.

I don’t remember changing that to 10 mm so I don’t know why I did but thank you. The supports are loading in correctly now.
