My A1 is getting always worse results over time on this kind of supports (PLA).
Now for some reason a support distance of 0.2 mm sticks too much and I can’t remove the supports without breaking everything. Only 0.6 mm is good enough to remove them but the right piece in the picture is the result… while the left one is an old test with the default 0.2 top Z distance and 0.35 XY.
I wasted 3 days trying to dry the filaments and changing bambustudio settings and there was zero improvements. It does not matter what kind of filament I use with the appropriate flow settings for each one, the old gcode I used to print for months now doesn’t work anymore so I think it’s a printer issue.
The 20 mm test cube prints perfectly fine and its dimensions are on spot. I also did an overhang test and it printed nicely even at a 50° angle. I don’t know what it could possibly be, I’m going crazy.
