I’m using PLA silk on a P1S printer and am printing an object with relatively long narrow twisting verticals. The points of contact at the top end of the tree supports are not fusing to the verticals, I’ve tried using all combinations of Tree supports and am painting support contact points about 3/4 of the way to the top (but below the problem locations). The then unsupported tops of the object being printed are hitting the nozzle, moving during printing, and ultimately messing up the print. I’m setting the number of wall loops to 4 in order to strengthen the print. The base of the supports are holding to the base plate.
