Surface finish issue only on the top layers

1. Problem description:
I’m experiencing a surface finish issue only on the top layers of the print.
The upper part (top area) shows ripples, uneven closure, and poor finish quality.

2. Printer used:
Bambu Lab P1S with AMS

3. Slicer settings:
Standard 0.20 mm profile in Bambu Studio (default settings)

4. Filament type:
PLA

5. Additional notes:
The issue mainly appears on rounded, closed shapes (like domes).
I’d like to improve the top surface quality without drastically increasing print time.

Hi, you have very complex surface. I had a bad top layer on even planar parts, a little more extrusion (0.96 → 0.98) has made it. Your problem can be perhaps solved with variable height of slices without increase of the printing time.
