I think you misunderstood what I was trying to say. I think you need more cooling. I think the layer is not cooling fast enough and falling out of place before it cools enough to stay in place.
It may come down to speed at that point. Vase mode is probably moving slower than when it prints normally. You might look at reducing wall speed?
