The survey page contains errors, the written text is replaced by an image and does not scroll with the page, it disturbs the readability of the page and it is not possible to see where you have written something in.
Perhaps on mobile? Wasn’t and issue on desktop. You can check the “desktop version” in Chrome to view it on mobile.
