Ive recently re-discovered the cool plate having used textured plates almost exclusively.
The reason for the switch is to allow me to pause prints overnight without having to leave the print bed heater on.
For PLA the cool plate seems to be working pretty well when using the Bambu Liquid glue pen - and I quite like how smooth the underside of the prints are.
The problem I am having is that a fair number of my print projects are setup as Textured plate - and I keep forgetting to check and change it.
Then what happens is that the printer heats up the cool plate to 55 degrees, before starting the print and failing due to wrong plate being found. Then having to re-slice onto the cool plate and then the print taking ages to start the print due to having to wait for the plate to cool back down down.
Is there any way to work around this - i.e. Getting the printer to check what plate is in before heating it up?
