Recently Im getting repeated “Synchronizing device information timed-out” errors that are delaying prints. Windows PC connected via Ethernet to switch that connects driect to X1c
Newest version of Bambu studios and X1C.
This has been happening to 1 or my 2 X1C printers pretty frequently. They are next to each other on the same wifi network. The refresh button does not solve it. I have to re-start the printer to eliminate this time-out. This hinders remote prints when access to the printer is limited.
EDIT: I found I can clear the error by power cycling my X1C, but this is really annoying and takes forever with 4 AMS units.
Same. Just started recently. X1C + 4 AMS over WiFi. After the error is displayed, I hit “Send” and everything works OK. Hoping Bambu will address this, as waiting for the time out message to appear is a workflow killer.
Had the same problem on the a1mini with the AMS lite. The solution that worked for me:
manually edit each of the 4 filaments using the touch screen on the printer. This clears the error.
Same issue here with one of my printers. I can print but I cant upload (“Send”) project to the printer or access content on microsd. Restarting the printer does not help.
I can see the content in my phone or directly on x1c screen. Seems to be something related to the Bambu PC software.
I will try to format the microSD and see if that helps.
I had the same issue. Seems to have been doing it on my X1C for the last couple of weeks. As the previous post said, just did a quick power cycle and that eliminated it.
Same problem here. I’ve been printing nonstop since November without a single issue. Now everything is fracked up. Can’t send models to a1-mini, BS can’t sync to my printer.
Not sure if this is a solution for others but after turning off and on the printer, Bambu Studio, unplugging the AMS, etc… I rebooted my wifi and things came back to working. Hopefully that may be a solution for someone else as well.
