Prints are failing on one of my printers after 3-5 cm of heigh–no adhesion or nozzle issues-they just fail after a certain Z distance, the failures are on my original KS printer–they print ok on my other printers–calibration does not help–2700 hours on the printer, carbon rods do not look worn?–what is going on?? ASA, ABS, PETG–all failed
The bottom of the heated bed is maybe hitting something as it moves down a layer. Or the three z lead screws might need cleaning and regreasing.
