Anyway to make Bambu Labs tech support responsive? Opened a ticket 1/9 for a 1st stage motor failure in my AMS and am yet to get any response. I already ordered a replacement at my expense just to get it back working but it should be under warranty and I think they owe me at least that beyond the courtesy of what one might expect from a support organization. In the end, I am just one person but this one person has a choice of vendors when new printers or filament or any manner of accessories are to be purchased.
If I’m being honest, Bambu support sucks. Just wait.
They sent me the wrong filament 30 days ago. When I opened a ticket, It took 15 working days for the first lame response, nothing since. They still owe me 8 rolls of filament. The support is nonexistent!!! Have started tell my friend to skip this company.
I sent a ticket on 1/13 regarding a dead AP board with photos and videos. But still no response, I tried to order one so I don’t have a brick at home AP boards are sold out?
What do I do now? Do I just make a complaint with the credit card company?

I finally got a response on my ticket, took 12 days. I had to order my own part as well to resolve because the bulk of what Bambu Lab calls consumables only carry a 90 day warranty. Did you try Ultimate 3d Printing store?
I keep seeing reports on bad customer support from Bambu - but I don’t see it. I had an issue with my X1 Hotend fan last year and they responded within 2 days (I think it was the next day actually) and after a few exchanged messages they replaced my fan - no problem
This time I had an issue with my H2D build plate getting gouged by the hot end while printing the purge tower - they responded in 2 days with suggestions on making sure certain screws were tightened which they were. No more issues with the build plate (probably a one-time occurrence) and they are sending another one (in the mail now). So, I have had nothing but great experiences with Bambu Customer Support.
