Terrible layers

They also started peeling off after.

When I tried to remove the filament from the AMS lite, I had to tug really hard. It also made a bit of a grinding noise as it was going out. I blame wet filament, but I need more input

Instead of smooth extrusion, the circle stopped spinning, did a really quick rotation, and stopped again every 3 seconds.

Probably a gunked up hotend or extruder wheel full of filament dust…

How can I fix that?

Not sure as it is still unclear what your exact issue might be.
You can only check one thing after the other until you find a cause…

E.g.: Does the extrusion work fine if done manually ?
Do you hear the extruder skipping or making grinding noises ?
Is the filament transport working correctly?
And well if above the hotend all is fine it might be required to clean out the hotend.
Start with the basics, like extrusion temperature.
If the filament comes out fine manually the heating should work as advertised.
Inconsistencies need to be addressed.
Have you tried a different spool, different settings?
…

Please always use the unload function when you need to remove the filament from the AMS lite. Once you do that, it should be easy to press on the AMS feeder button then gently spool the filament before taking it out.

Considering the noise and the fact that you pulled the filament hard, there might be some damage done to the extruder or AMS lite feeder. You can try to confirm this, and clean any debris that might be present.

It is recommended to perform a complete unload, then load the filament again and try to see if this solves the problem. When the loading procedure is done, ensure the filament flows correctly from the nozzle.

From the picture shared, it might be possible that the nozzle is too close to the plate. Double-check to confirm if the nozzle if correctly installed and not moving.

There might also be a problem with the calibration data. It is recommended to perform a full calibration, to ensure the bed is probed and the mesh is re-generated, before starting a new print.

Wow, it seems times are changing…
Nice to see such a fast and comprehensive support reply !

So far I always had the feeling the support never really checks much here…
Is this an accident or can we expect this to keep going?
Would be nice…

I do all the steps needed to unload filament. This time I just forgot to cut the filament, which was a big mistake. Thanks for the reply!

Ich wĂĽrde sagen hotend nozzl verstopft.
Cold pull öfter wiederholen.
Oder ImpulsschlĂĽssel mit ausgebautem hotend.
Mfg

My post was deleted. The culprit was wet filament.

Nope, never mind, it was my nozzle wobbling because I didn’t put the buckle on correctly.
