If you have the Bambu Handy app installed, it will exactly do that.
I do have it installed and am using it. That’s the first place i looked for a notification setting. But could not find one.
Where is that located in the app. Im using the iOS version.
There no settings in the app. But might it be possible you disallowed/disabled the notifications permissions when you installed it?
You will get a notification on the device where you last logged in to Handy. I find it often doesn’t make a sound, though.
