Idk if you figured a solution yet but my A1 printer had done pretty much the same thing and i couldn’t seem to find a solution like any cleaning leveling or calibration and embarrassingly its because it was set to the wrong filament, when i had loaded a new filament, it defaulted to ABS when i use PLA and so it printed incorrectly due to thinking it was using ABS, so if you ever ended up loading a new filament id double check if it is still on the correct filament settings

It’s gotta be the fact the a1 are open and the others p1 etc are enclosed and fan cooled, that’s is the only common thing here.
Oh and to check buy a cheap enclose off Amazon with cooling and see what happens
