The current build plate is not the same as in G-code Error

I am using the textured PEI plate. Around 70% of the time, I get the following error message at the beginning of a print:

The current build plate is not the same as in G-code. Please stop the print job and replace the build plate. You can also tap “Resume” to force- resume the print job. [0300 8011 232030]

I have confirmed that in Bambu Studio, the correct bed is selected. I have also tried cleaning the lidar sensor, the QR code on the build plate, and the lidar calibration sticker.

When the issue happens, I have two options. I can either stop the print and restart it, sometimes I have to restart the print multiple times for it to read the build plate correctly. My other option is to force resume the print, I did this once and even though it auto bed leveled, it was printing too high.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Did anybody managed to get a printed qcode for aftermarket build plate to be recognized by the printer?

I have the exact same problem ! Sometimes I need to restart print because nothing is sticking on the build plate

Yes. QR codes changed recently (at least for Textured). Patched existing brother labels with one of these. https://www.printables.com/model/533151-new-bambu-lab-build-plate-qr-codes-2d

Yes I have received 2 days ago

I am now having the same plate recognition error myslef. This is with the pla plate that came with the x1 carbon. It has never thrown this error and not it happens with each and every one of my models. I am a professional 3d artist and my models go directly from being cleaned up in zbrush and exported to an obj. file. I am still having to select my way through the build plat warning, and then things fail more than they are suceding. What do I need to do to correct this error. build plate is not the same as in G-code. Can anyone help
