I am also getting the ‘Cutter is stuck’ error message.
I have read through all the above, and no luck in fixing.
I’mm 99.9% sure I have all the cables connected & seated properly.
The fan does spin briefly when switched on, and I can manually turn the fan on via the fronty panel, so I’m pretty sure the filament cable is connected and seateed properly.
I cannot see how to access the rear of the lever to check the magnet is in place, how can I do that?
I have ordered a spare sensor cable, but likely not here for a week.
Had same issue. Removed and cleaned extruder and hot end. replaced. Still had issue. The first time, I think I did by pulling on the filament as I was heading to unload. After I put it back together was getting same issue. Turns out, the screw kind of underneath the cutter lever that is one of 3 for the extruder had not been screwed all the way in and was interfering. I may have to change my name to “User error,”
This worked, thanks! Bambu Lab support is a joke! Takes them days to get back to you on any issue. Bambu Lab, if you’re listening, your downfall will be because of your lack of customer support.
