good evening everyone, my printer stopped working after 10 days. the problem that occurs is the following: the display flashes with the logo, behind the toolhead there is a fixed red light, on the AP Board there is only one fixed red light, and on the chute behind the printer there is also one a solid red light. when I turn the bambu lab x1c printer off and on again it tries to start but stops. I already opened a ticket 10 days ago without any response. I am waiting for your suggestion. Thank you
Hi, I don’t want to give you illusions, but 10 days for a support response is probably ok at this time… I unpacked a new X1C a month ago, which didn’t work, I opened a ticket, after two weeks I received a replacement part that didn’t solve anything, and for two weeks already I am waiting for a response. Despite the fact that, in my opinion, Bambulab printers have huge potential, I decided to leave this brand until they solve the support problems. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that you get support as soon as possible, because even if you’re an experienced user, you won’t be able to solve almost any problem yourself because BL has decided on a closed design.
