What the heck?!?!
I sent a print over, as per usual. The printer started making horrible noises.
I looked, and it was digging holes in the printer plate! Deep holes.
The only thing that I did differently is turn on “All solid layers” for ironing type, but it didn’t even lay down the calibration lines, so I don’t think it is that.
What should I check??
I had Auto Bed Leveling on, as well as Flow Dynamics Calibration.
This usually happens when something isn’t place properly (build plate) or the hot end is loose.
I’m beginning to think that something has been slowly failing. I have seen a few “Z axis homing” errors, but I thought it was just that I put the plate in bad, because removing it and reseating it seemed to “fix” it. The hotend looks mostly OK I think, just a bit old…
Bambu sez: “Judging from the log you uploaded, the hot bed force sensor used for hot bed levelling is normal. The problem should be concentrated on the hotend heating assembly. And there is also a problem of abnormal temperature control in the log. This seems to be a levelling data anomaly caused by the hot end clog, which in turn led to the scratching of the printing board.”
