It might be the top part of the dual head extruder with a cover, the mechanism that lifts one of the nozzles and not fully visible in the ā€˜leakedā€™ photo:

Does look like the internals of a dual nozzle toolhead. The other photo could be legit

EDIT: StreetSports, a thumbs down doesnā€™t change facts. Thereā€™s more info that we donā€™t have than that we have. Therefore, no, it has not been fully leaked.

manufactured , quicker printing with less waste using one or two extruders seperately or together.
recycled could make use of two extruders rather then one, would both or either benefit from being enclosed , ?
