I wonder if the same would happen if somebody was to file a support ticket while using the old firmware - as they sneakily, after-the-fact updated their original announcement to say that if you don’t want these new faux security features you are free to stay on the current firmware version. Care to guess the chances of the first response from BL support being “Please update your firmware first…”?
