I use a P1S only since a couple of months. I try to design thin objects on the bottom face in order to print (text, ixcon) in a different color. But it doesn’t work as expected. Unfortunately often some caracters are removed and I don’t understand. It is ok when I import and prepare, but when I slice a part of the elements are no more present ! I tried different layer height (0.2, 0.16, 0.08).

Sorry maybe you need some details. I use OnShape, the dark grey part are 0.1mm outer extruded and 0.3 mm inner. The 2 colors are basic PLA (white and grey).
Printing details below the nozzle diameter requires the use of the Arachne wall generator (Quality setting). That should get you to around 60% of the nozzle diameter. Smaller details than that require a smaller nozzle.
Similarly, the object thickness should be at least one layer height.
Using objects in Studio can be a bit confusing, in particular text. Occasionally, location, orientation and dimensions will vary and even flip. So if that is a missing text object, chances are its thickness is a change in its Y-dimension. Happens with all my text…
You should turn on Arachne (if you haven’t already), make sure the feature size is at least one layer tall and possibly increase your GCODE resolution in the slicer.
