I had yet another screwed up delivery today.
I think BL has gone out of its way to contract the worst delivery companies in each country.
They make it so hard to make a complaint and then make it harder by failing to work through the issues in anywhere near a decent time frame.
When I returned the A1 due to the recall, they forced me to take it to a drop-off location which I can’t do as my disabilities have forced me inside my house for 4+ years, unable to leave. They told me their delivery partner does not do collections, despite THEM arranging a collection for a a previous A1 that should never have been delivered.
They can’t even lie consistantly.
