Need a little insight folks… I’m going to buy another H2D. I’m debating between the regular or AMS combo. I bought the combo last time, and I’m leaning towards it, and my local Micro Center has them. The cheapo part of me is saying “just order the regular from Bambu, you have to buy the power supply anyhow”. But micro is local…
Lol, if I thought they’d have them in stock when I’m ready next week, it’d honestly be a no brainer… But they’re flying off the shelves(sort of, and not, at the same time)…
The real thing I’m wondering is, now that “initial rush” is over, how fast are you all(in the States) getting your printers after ordering them? Most of the things come 3 days to me but a printer I think would be different, thus my questioning…
It ships from eastern Los Angeles region, so depending on where you live, you can figure out the FedEx travel time from there. Figure 2 or 3 days for them to process your order, print out the shipping label, and wait for it to be picked up by FedEx.
Your lucky you have a microcenter near you. If it were me, I’d order from them, just in case something went wrong with the shipping and you had to do an exchange, but people do manage to do exchanges without a microcenter, so your choice.
I bought my original one on release date. If I had to buy another one I would be picking it up at Microcenter. Easy return, and you can see if the box is mangled before you buy it
Yep! I’ve been running my H2D along with my 2 P1S simultaneously without issue. With my PC on(1000 Watt PSU). Also, we have 3 other rooms with my train layout(doesn’t pull much), a 65" TV and 1000 Watt surround.
I tried taxing the circuit, and the only way I could get it to pop, was to add a toaster oven set to 450F(drying desiccant)…
