When Bambu Cloud is down my local slicer can’t printer to my local devices, which is just plain bad design. It should default to printing locally unless the printer is not on the same network.

Totally agree, there should be some sort of fall back that doesn’t require one to reconfigure the machine when there are interruptions. Very annoying to say the least.
Sort of, it does the transfer but if remote control via the cloud is down you have to manually start it on the printer. I stand my my assertion that local should be the default for all interaction for latency, privacy, and robustness reasons.
