Thread printing problem on the screw

Welcome everyone,
I have a big problem with printing threads on 3D models I am using pre-made models available in the Bambu Lap application I am not making any changes to the design, yet the threads look like the pictures attached below. I am a fresher when it comes to 3D printer printing and in fact I am just learning. I’ve searched for related topics here and the ones I’ve been able to find and the advice I’ve seen in them have not helped me solve this problem.
So I am hoping that by seeing these pictures you will be able to help me solve this problem.

I have a Bambu Lab A1 Combo 0.4 nozzle printer
I am using PLA filament from Bambu Lab
I changed the nozzle to 0.2 I would do a calibration and overall the prints look fine except for the threads printing and I don’t know how to deal with this and what could be the reason that these threads look so nasty.
I will also add that I have the same problem when using the 0.4 head and I printed at lower speeds.

Welcome to the forum.

Changing to a smaller size nozzle isn’t going to help, it will probably make things worse.

The key to printing threads is managing your overhangs. Print at the lowest layer height you can as this give you the most stepover coverage. I usually print threads with .1 or .12mm layer height. Make sure you have plenty of cooling as the thread edges have a tendency to curl.

If up have access to the model, adding a radius to the outside edge of the thread will help.

You may also want to “shop” around for threads and nuts better suited for printing by having a shallower thread angle. A reduced overhang angle will print much better.

And make sure you have dried your filament. The black wool stick really shouldn’t happen.

Finally, blue (and black to a lesser degree) have in the past had particular issues. It has been a while since I have seen color specific issues in the forum, but pigments do affect rheology.

It’s hard to tell from the pictures how large your prints are, but I get the impression you have some general problem with calibration or cooling that you need to sort first.

Thank you all for the hints.
I decided to replace the nozzle with 0.4 and do a full calibration and adjust all the belts, it turns out that these treatments helped.
Currently I am able to print threads of good quality.
Thank you all again for your help because thanks to you the problem is solved
