Ticket withdrawal - Printer stuck because of logs being sent

Hello,

I have submited ticket with problem. The problem has resolved itself (it was about connection with bambu studio). Now I cannot start print through bambu studio, because “Print jobs are not allowed to be sent while updating logs”. How can i withdraw this ticket, or resend the logs. It has beed probably 45 minutes. Logs should not be sent this long…

Sending logs is incomplete. Cannot send another while logs are beeing “updated”.

Did you try powering off/on the printer to see if that canceled the log send?

Yea, it just needed around an hour to sent the logs through. Still a bit frustrating. But for all those that are a bit hot-headed like i am, i suggest not make a ticket straight away. It may slow you down more that a wait. :))
