Time-Lapse problems

Problems with CyberBrick Time-lapse Kit on Bambu Lab

Hi everyone,

I recently acquired a CyberBrick Time-lapse kit, but I can’t get it to work with my printer. I’m hoping someone here with the same setup has cracked the code.

Problem:
When I start a print with the kit installed, the following happens:

The printer runs Flow Dynamics Calibration and Auto Bed Leveling without any problems.

The camera trigger is activated correctly by the print head.

The error: When the print itself is about to start, no filament comes out of the nozzle. The printer runs the movements, but “prints in the air”.

What I’ve tried:
Followed the instructions from Bambu Lab Wiki and corrected the machine code.

Tested with both Traditional and Smooth timelapse settings.

Tried to get ChatGPT to generate a working G-code, but without success.

Looking for help with:
Is there anyone in the group who uses CyberBrick and has a working Start G-code or Layer Change G-code that they would like to share? Or do you have an idea why the extruder stops feeding filament right after calibration?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I don’t understand what you mean by “working g-code”. You just set timelapse to smooth and check the timelapse button when printing. The g-code changes are workaround for specific camera timings, start without them.

Unplug the module. Run with the above. Does it print in air? Plug the module in. Does it start printing in air?

This normally points to a nozzle clog.
