Tiny voids on a Draft Print

I have a P1S and have been prototyping a new design. My profile is set to a draft setting and I am using an Overture basic PLA filament. While the print in general seems pretty good, I have noticed many tiny voids in the wall of the print.

Does anyone have any idea why I might be seeing, or what might be causing, these voids?

Is your seam set to random? Looks a lot like what happens when it is:

Yes it is!

If I don’t set it to random, then this printer leaves the worst seams I have ever seem on a 3d Printer.
