Tip dragging during bed leveling

I’ve been using my A1 for a couple of months now. I’m not sure when this started but I started noticing something over the last few prints. During the bed leveling; at the end of each y plane pass from left to right and the bed moves forward the hotend lifts as in the other shifts but then lowers to touch the bed then drags the tip while the bed shifts forward. as the pass continues right to left at the far left side of the bed this doesn’t happen. it taps lifts shifts. only on the far right does it tap, lift, tap again, shift and drag. it seems like a gcode thing or something. Any guessed out there?

Possible drift after the unit has shaken a lot? Restabilize and recalibrate would be my first guess.

If Gcode, you can run bambu on another computer perhaps?

thanks for the thought. I have run it through the original calibration a number of times already. the tip drags in the bed leveling phase there as well. :person_facepalming:

Gotcha this is probably your best bet.

So what do you do when you have a corner that is up too high, but you can’t tighten that corner down any more when tramming?

above is a link to a video demonstrating what is happening

I did this manual bed tramming and it still was dragging on the far right. I finally decided to try factory resetting my printer and voila!!! all better

That’s awesome, I was told from bambu to fix my tram when i had the same issue. but I erred to adjusting my nozzle. Glad resetting the unit worked.

Mine is doing the same thing as of yesterday! Factory reset didn’t resolve the issue for me.
