I went to Amazon today for filament because I didn’t have access to the loyalty program that I was told (see screen grab) that I was apart of for ordering (2) printers from the Bambu Lab site. I feel you are losing a LOT of money, because of this issue… and having NO WAY to get ahold of you to rectify this issue. I tried to contact you through the customer service portal, and that link did not work. Looking through filaments, there are issues with the way the site populates the different filament when looking at different colors. When adding a new color in the same material to the cart, the original color you are looking at populates. Example. If I am looking at Grey, and want to see the red, I click on the red, add to cart, but Grey is added to cart, not red.
Anyway. Thought you would like to know, disappointed but in the end I got my material.
-Loyal Customer.
EDIT: I see the special note at the bottom. This was a picture taken for example only, not what I was experiencing this morning, and the loyalty program really should be for all filament. I purchased a translucent blue on Amazon for $17.99 today for a single roll. Treat your loyal customers better… after all that is what the whole ethos of a loyalty program is all about.
through browser. It, the process is not intuitive. I get the fact that shipping is a thing, but under $50 you have to pay anyway. Really at 3 rolls is when the shipping to roll count is a break even.
You are not as smart as you try to seem… you don’t read much do you? I just took a cap, wasn’t what I tried buying this morning which was PLAIN PETG. BTW who cares about a “loyalty program” that isn’t that good anyway?
This was a call to Bambu to do better, fix their site, and to actually reward customers who spend money with them… which pays for not only their bills, but all the social media people they hand out units to.
