Tool head won’t grab filament without manual pressure

Hello I’m into a problem with feeding. It started with the AMS Wood feed all the way to the tool head and just keep trying again and again. This is a repeated problem, regardless of the AMS spool.

The next thing I tried was printing without using the AMS. I would find it it prints air. I finally was able to get it to work. If I while it’s trying to feed without the AMS put pressure on the filament to get it started after that it works fine, but until I put pressure tip, kind of push the filament in it wouldn’t grab it and it would print air even without the AMS.

Any suggestions?

Wiggle all the PTFE tubes around, make sure none have a really sharp bend. The filament can bind in the tube if the bend is too tight. It works when you push because you’re giving it a little more force to overcome the friction.
