Toolhead slamming into left front side of P1S frame

P1S toolhead crashes into front left side of frame where cutter tool is activated. It slams into it so hard that the toolhead cover falls off. Sliced on Bambu Studio, filament is irrelevant.

Make sure that nothing is restricting the toolhead when it homes in the front right corner. If it is setting the origin too early it will cause the printer to rapid to the front left corner instead of moving there and slowly activating the cutter.

You can test this by manually moving the head to the front left corner. Too short of PTFE tube or added mods such as a PTFE guide can restrict homing.

I checked the travel path of the toolhead which is problematic in one sense due to the rigidity of the cutter arm which I’ve loosened and tried to unload filament after the adjustment. It didn’t fix the issue. I haven’t found a preset for the P1S so have used the X1C setting instead. Is there a preset for my
printer? Could this be what is causing the issue of slamming into the cutter area (violently)?
