Top & bottom layer uneven when printing PLA

Hi

I got my P1P a few days ago and started printing some stuff with the included Bambu PLA Basic.
Then after 3 days the prints started to have holes in the surfaces.

The following image shows the difference when i started printing and the actual results:

And thats how calibration cubes look like:

I use the default settings for Bambu PLA Basic.
I tried using the included Bambu Lab Printing Adhesive.
I have cleaned the bed several times.
Made flow and bed calibrations.
I used eSun PLA+ filament.
And even dried my PLA filaments.

Nothings helps! I can’t get my P1P to work like at the beginning.

Any ideas or suggestions?
Thank you very much

Do you have a backup .4 nozzle you can test out ?

What settings are you using for eSun pla ?

Nozzle temp ? = should be good @ 220c
Flow Ratio ? = should be around 0.9875
Slicer Bambu or Orca ?
Side loaded or using AMS ?
Bed plate Type ?

Keep Us Updated :v:

Setting for Bambu PLA Basic = Bambu PLA Basic
Setting for eSun PLA = Generic PLA

Nozzle temp = 220c (default)
Flow Ratio = 0.98 (default)
Slicer = Bambu Studio
Side loaded
Bed plate Type = Textured PEI Plate

At the beginning, the prints looked great. But now they look aweful → see first image
I haven’t changed settings in between. That’s why i don’t think it’s a problem with the settings.
There was also no firmware update in between.
So my guess ist, that it must be something mechanical which started to arise after a few days of testing with printing.

And yes i do have a spare 0.4 nozzle. But i’m a bit restrained of changing it, because i don’t want to break anything when changing heater/thermistor.
I already took out the hotend unit to check. There is nothing loose or looks broken.
Loading and unloading of filament works without problems.

Interesting, I’m having similar issues with my X1C. Top surface was perfection when I first started printing (0.2 nozzle), now I’m getting lines and artefacts in the top layer and some holes in the first layer.

No settings had changed, bed levelling was done, I even reduced the speed of top and first layer and acceleration to test and that hasn’t fixed it. I don’t have a spare nozzle to test but I’ve done less than 50hrs of printing on it…

Didn’t the printer come with a spare 0.4 nozzle for you? It did for me. Check the small bags that came with it.

Looks like a partially clogged nozzle.

Why not increase hot end temp to 280 for 5 minutes and flush some filament through using the touch pad.

Good luck,

Stu

Thank you very much for you suggestions.

I have the solution now
Thanks to Bambu Lab Support who found that i have the wrong K factor.
I have entered the K factor of 0.200 instead of 0.020

Now my new printer is working again
