Top flat surface below extruded text - Custom G-Code

This video illustrates the issue.

The top flat surface under extruded text always has artifacts of the text that is to come on the next layer rather than being printed nice and smooth with one extrusion, just as if it was the top surface in a print without any extruded text above it.

There’s no way to have Bambu Slicer do this properly. Cura can do it, apparently.

How about custom G-Code? Is it possible to alter G-Code to dictate that the top surface just below extruded text is printed properly with one extrusion, nice and smooth?

I already know about:

  • Ironing
  • Printing upside down (I want the text extruded, not flush)
  • Slowing down print / top layers
