I am printing 2mm flat templates for a game. When I print them, most of the top layer is good before ironing, apart from the corners or narrow areas where the top layer starts to be printed, those have a rough finish and the ironing does not appear to touch it. It is as the start of top layer does not get printed until it gets further into a wider area. This does not occur on pieces where the top layer start is on a wider area aligned with where the top layer starts printing.
Configuration: P1S, Bambu Labs PLA Basic, Bambu Labs filament settings. 0.4 Nozzle, 0.08mm Extra Fine @BBLX1C, Ironing switched on.
If someone could point me in the right direction for this issue, as all I am finding is where all corners have an issue, or lines etc. These at present do not appear to be my issue.
