Top layers are visually different

Top layers of my project are visually different from the rest, and I am out of ideas, what can I do to fix this.
I scanned every failed print topic on this forum, 3D printing troubleshooting guide from popular site and even youtube and I feel that this problem is only mine.

Layers look the same until printer reach the top battlements part, there it starts to stand out as in photos, top layers are strange, kinda glossy and with visible layers.

Used few different PLAs, tried different nozzles with the finest setting, tried to slow down the project and even cut project into two objects with really slow speed on top battlements and yet to no avail.

I have P1S Combo with hardened gears and nozzles and everything else prints perfect,

I really want to understand this, and hope somebody could help me.
Thanks in advance.

From reading other posts in the past I think this issue is a cooling issue with the quicker layers at the top. Well, not an issue but the filament is being cooled at a quicker rate. Look at these settings in your filament settings and compare what you see when you preview the project and check layer times. You basically want to tweak those settings so you have consistent cooling from bottom to top.

I’m not an expert and, if I am wrong, I am sure I will be quickly corrected here. I’m learning too and get better and better with these types of discussions.
