Top of models missing after slicing with Bambu lab studio

When asking for help, please provide as much information as possible about your inquiry.
The images are self explanatory but regardless of what model I try to slice, it would appear the top layer is not slicing properly so the infill is exposed.
I’m new so it could be my imagination but this only seemed to happen after i installed the latest update.

If it’s set to 0 it will produce that result.

The screenshots are far too small to be able to review with any confidence.

Please, provide screenshots with greater resolution.

Ideally upload them inline. You should capture screenshots on your computer and upload them using the upload tool button in the editor.

Just a comment on the wheel is you may want to lay it down instead of printing vertical. Not much build plate contact area the orientation you are showing.

About the missing tops - any chance the layer slider on the right side of the Studio window in preview mode isn’t at the top? That can make layers look like they are missing when they actually aren’t.

There’s also some bugs in Studio than can cause weirdness for me when I load models into it initially. Any slices tend to leave parts out until I save and reopen Studio. Have you tried saving the 3mf, closing, then reopening Studio and reloading the model?

Thanks but that’s not the problem. Mine is exactly the same as the one you showed

Thanks, but no, that’s not the issue either

Sorry but for some reason the software used for this forum doesn’t work properly here in Thailand.
Many of the words and phrased are in Thai script and won’t translate to English with a right click, translate to English and I can’t add an attachment from my hard drive. Here’s an example of the Thai scrip showing this post. Screenshot by Lightshot
This is the best I can do for the issue being discussed but I actually printed this and it came out as the sliced image. Screenshot by Lightshot.

I just tried to slice with the Orca slicer and I’m getting the same results. So I’ve gone to my laptop which is still running the previous version of studio and the same thing is happening.
I’m at a complete loss as to what’s happening because all other programs on both machines are working normally. Im at my whit’s end.*
