Hi everyone! According to the Infill Patterns | Bambu Lab Wiki:
If the object has no holes, the surface finish would be nice. However, if it does have holes, you might end up with redundant material.
Is there a way to achieve a smooth surface finish even when the object has holes? I’ve also tried ironing, but I’m not entirely happy with the results.
Chamfer anything that would have sharp edges, including holes.

Yeah I did, the problem are not the holes or gaps around the holes. It’s the top pattern that is ugly to watch, whatever kind I use.
It is not that critical for the model, but you know…
Try to increase infill, so it has a much solid surface when it starts doing top layers. Would be great to see a picture and know your current settings.
BTW this isn’t the right category to post this kind of topics. This one might be better Bambu Studio - Bambu Lab Community Forum
My bad, apologizes. I am getting older and lost
I will move this in the correct category and post more details if I can’t find a solution
Cheers
hi, did you find any solution? I have the same problem
Not really, at least not as good as I wanted, so atm I dropped the project
sorry mate
I’ve tried changing the top surface thickness, surface pattern and retraction speed to improve the flow and I think I’m seeing better results :o
